Campaigns now supported by Simple Donation Integration service

We've just extended the capability of the Simple Donation Integration builder to now support campaigns. 

Any live campaign at the url www.justgiving.com/campaign/ShortName will now be supported and will allow you to generate the standard donation link with the usual parameters such as amount, currency and donation message.
