We’re just letting you know that there will be some planned upgrade work on the website on 3 August 2020, between 2am and 6am BST.
This is so we can carry out some important server maintenance to the website to make it better and more reliable.
What does this mean for you as a developer?
Between the hours of 2am and 6am BST on 3 August 2020, our Consumer and Data APIs will be unavailable to you and your supporters. The API will not return a response and users will not be able to access www.justgiving.com to visit pages or make donations. Anyone visiting the site will see a message letting them know about the site upgrade work.
What if the site is down for longer than the planned 4 hours?
Our aim is to be up and running again before 6am BST. If for any reason that isn't possible, we'd advise you to check for regular updates on our Twitter account.
