When asking us for technical support the more information you can supply us the better. Data points to consider include:
- Your appID
- The specific API you are attempting to call (if any)
- The status code our API is returning
- The version of the API you are calling (see headers)
- Example credentials you are using or a copy of the body request you are sending to our API
- Any error logs you capture in your application
